A note from Marshall: Another great year! What more can be said? Photographing the family for six years has been my pleasure. I do hope I can keep this up for years to come. I have to share the story of why it has taken so long to get these images up for your viewing pleasure. Shortly after the festival I downloaded all the images to my hard drive. Before I could make a hard copy of these images, we had a bad storm with a nasty lightning strike on our block. This surge of power fried a number of elements inside my computer. It took many months to find the right person to be able to open up my hard drive and transplant the disc into another drive. To my amazement, my data, including all the Harvest images, were still intact. As soon as I knew all was well I started the process of getting the images on line. Thank you for your patience, and I hope you enjoy all 1003 images. I would also like to thank Mark, Megan, and Jo Jo! Another thanks to Jay for taking care of the park and letting us share the land for the weekend. To all the workers and volunteers that watch all the gates, cut the grass, take the tickets, patch up a nasty cuts, give directions, suck out the porta-pottys, pick up trash, help people move their camp gear, lend someone a rake, show people where to park, set-up lighting and sound, paint the sets, tape the shows, split the wood, tend to fires, serve the drinks, and keep the peace; Thank You! Most of all a big thanks to all the people who show up to make this a real happening. |
